Materiality & Atmosphere
The material palette is intentionally restrained yet
rich in texture, designed to age gracefully. The raw, cool tones of smooth concrete contrast beautifully with the warmth of the timber slats and dark metal accents. Deep cantilevered roof overhangs not only protect the structure from the elements but cast dramatic shadows, giving the building a dynamic presence that changes throughout the day.
Integrated planter boxes and lush landscaping soften the geometric lines, grounding the architecture in nature and enhancing the resort-like atmosphere.
